We came here for an oil change a few weeks ago and the service was excellent! Customer service was fantastic, we were able to get in and out within no-time! Matthew was very efficient as well as his apprentice whose name i have unfortunately forgotten. But id like personally to give the apprentice a huge shout out for his patience, kindness, and thoroughness. (He mentioned he was fairly new to this location, if that helps identify the young man). He was exceptional. I will be returning and recommending this place to everyone! I will no longer go anywhere else!! Cant beat the price either!

I was a first-time customer. I heard about the wonderful mechanics there through word of mouth. And wanted to give them a try. I drove all the way from Herndon, Virginia. I thought I only needed an oil change. However, I was blown away by the care my car received. Matthew and his associate walked me through what needed to be done on my car. They weren't like other mechanics who just tell you about the problem. They were detailed in their explanation and physically SHOWED me what they were going to do. They gave me fair pricing and worked quickly. And thanks to their hard work and eye for detail, I passed the state inspection. I will be returning for additional work very soon! Simply said, Allstar Auto Clinic is great! Don?t let the gas station appearance fool you..These are top mechanics, honest, friendly and great communicators. This visit I had to get a new alternator and paid about half of what I saw on the internet. I?m moving out of the area soon but if I need car service, I will definitely be coming back to Allstar because I know I can trust them. That?s a great feeling when you need unexpected repairs. Very honest and helpful auto shop! Matt was very helpful in explaining my cars engine problem. Even though he did not do any repairs, he provided me all the documentation I needed to have the dealership do the repairs based on a recall notice that I was unaware of. We have 5 cars in our family, and I will plan to utilize Matt for any maintenance/repair issues with them going forward. :)
